Working with Sensly

  • How long does a project take?

    A brand identity project typically runs four to six weeks. A full website engagement, from discovery through to launch, spans eight to twelve weeks. We provide a detailed timeline during our initial consultation to ensure we are both aligned on the schedule.

  • Do you work with international clients?

    Absolutely. We work with wellness founders and brands all over the world. We conduct all meetings via video call and manage our workflow entirely online, so location is never a barrier to working with us.

  • What makes you different from other agencies?

    We work exclusively with the wellness and mindfulness space. This deep specialization means we understand the nuance of your audience's sensibility—we know the difference between "calm" and "cold." We don't just build websites; we craft digital experiences that feel human, warm, and purposeful.

Pricing and contracts

  • Are your prices negotiable?

    Our pricing is based on the scope of work required to deliver a high-quality result. We offer clear investment tiers (Essentials, Standard, and Premium) tailored to different needs. However, if you are a non-profit or an early-stage founder with limited capital, please reach out directly—we sometimes offer reduced rates for social impact projects.

  • What's included in revisions?

    We build in two rounds of revisions for all brand identity deliverables and three rounds for web design. These are focused on refining the work based on your feedback, ensuring the final outcome aligns perfectly with your vision.

  • Do you offer payment plans?

    Yes, we understand that cash flow can be tight for new ventures. We typically require a 50% deposit to begin work, with the balance due upon project completion. We can discuss installment schedules that work for your timeline.

  • Who owns the final assets?

    Upon full payment of your invoice, you own 100% of the final assets. This includes source files, design files, and usage rights. You are free to use them however you see fit.

  • What platform will you build on?

    We specialize in custom WordPress builds and Webflow. We recommend WordPress for clients who need maximum flexibility and SEO control, and Webflow for those who prefer a no-code, highly performant solution that is easy for non-technical staff to update.

  • Do I need to provide content?

    You are not required to provide copy, but we highly recommend it for the best results. We offer content strategy and copywriting as add-on services to ensure your voice comes across clearly. If you do provide your own, we will work with it to fit the layout perfectly.

  • Will my site be SEO-ready?

    Yes. We build with SEO best practices in mind from the ground up. This includes semantic HTML structure, proper heading hierarchy, fast loading speeds, and mobile responsiveness. We also provide guidance on setting up Google Analytics and Search Console.

Brand identity specifics

  • How many logo concepts will I see?

    We usually present three initial logo concepts that explore different directions. These are not random variations, but carefully considered explorations of your brand's unique personality. We refine one of these concepts throughout the revision process to create the final mark.

  • What file formats will I receive?

    You will receive a comprehensive asset kit including vector files (SVG, AI, EPS) for print and screen use, as well as high-resolution PNGs for web. We also provide a style guide document that outlines how the brand should be used across various media.

  • Can I trademark my new logo?

    Yes, once you own the final assets, you are free to take them to a trademark attorney in your jurisdiction. We recommend this step to protect your brand name and logo, though we cannot provide legal advice regarding the registration process itself.

Content and marketing specifics

  • Do you write the content or do I?

    That depends on the package you choose. Our design packages focus on layout and structure, assuming you will provide the text. However, we offer a copywriting add-on where we craft the website copy, blog posts, and email sequences for you, ensuring it sounds exactly like you.

  • How do you measure marketing results?

    We track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as time on site, bounce rate, and newsletter sign-ups. For ongoing marketing retainers, we provide monthly reports via Google Analytics and Google Search Console to show you how your digital presence is performing.

After the project

  • Do you offer maintenance?

    Yes, we offer a "Care & Maintenance" retainer. This covers software updates, security patches, and minor content edits. This ensures your site stays secure and fast without you having to worry about technical details.

  • Can I update the site myself?

    If we build on Webflow, you will have full access to edit text and images directly in the browser. If we build on WordPress, we can set you up with a user account that allows you to manage your own content. We provide a training session to get you comfortable.

  • What if I want changes after launch?

    We are always happy to help. If you have a one-off request, we can quote it as a small freelance task. If you find you need ongoing support, you can move into our maintenance retainer where changes are included in the monthly fee.
